We help industrial equipment manufacturers develop custom membrane switches, graphic overlays, integrated keypad assemblies and flexible FSR sensing components from drawings, samples or application requirements.
From prototyping through production and delivery, we keep each project moving through a clear, coordinated process.
CORE CUSTOM PRODUCTS
If the required construction is unclear, compare these product families, then send your equipment use case, drawing or sample photos for review.
Explore All Products →Tactile and non-tactile membrane switch assemblies available with custom graphics, printed circuits, tails, connectors, display windows and optional backlighting.
Explore membrane switches →Printed polycarbonate or polyester fascias with custom graphics, display windows, embossing and adhesive backing, supplied without switching circuitry.
Explore graphic overlays →Coordinated keypad assemblies combining specified overlays, membrane switch circuits, tactile elements, optional backlighting, supports and connectors.
Explore keypad assemblies →Flexible force-sensing resistors for application-specific contact, presence and relative force-change sensing.
Explore FSR sensors →SPECIAL CUSTOM PROJECTS
We can review an existing sample, drawing, photo, part number or equipment reference as the starting point for a custom replacement project.
Final compatibility requires prototype and customer-equipment validation. Third-party names are used only where necessary to describe the intended equipment.
BEFORE REQUESTING A QUOTE
You do not need a complete specification to begin. Send what you have—a drawing, sample, clear photos, approximate dimensions, or a short description of the equipment and how it is used.
Send What You Have →Tell us what the equipment does, how the operator uses the interface, and what problem or failure must be avoided.
Share the overall dimensions, cut-outs, mounting points and available installation area. A drawing or sample can be provided if available.
Describe the required button count and layout, tactile response, printed text and symbols, colours, display cut-outs, indicator areas and backlighting requirements.
Note relevant temperature, humidity, water, dust, cleaning chemicals, UV exposure and indoor or outdoor use conditions.
Identify the tail exit direction, approximate length, connector, pinout or controller interface, PCB location and assembly clearance if known.
Indicate the prototype quantity, estimated production volume, target approval date and required delivery timing.
WHY WORK WITH BESVORA
One project contact keeps the technical and commercial information connected while the component moves from first review towards approved production.
Requirements, quotation, prototyping, production and delivery are coordinated through one project contact.
Drawings, artwork, circuit requirements and revision changes are kept aligned throughout the project.
The approved drawing and sample provide the working basis for production release and repeat orders.
CUSTOM PROCESS
Each stage produces the information needed for the next. Specifications and commercial details remain project-specific.
Share the application and what is currently available.
Resolve missing mechanical, electrical and use conditions.
Define the proposed scope, quantities and commercial basis.
Build the agreed sample configuration for review.
Customer checks fit, appearance and performance in the equipment.
Release the approved revision for coordinated production and delivery.
APPLICATIONS
Start with the equipment environment, operator interaction and installation constraints—then review the products that fit the task.
